It’s a Big Day!

Oh my.. what a day today is going to be! So much going on there’s oodles to be excited about! Firstly, this website is finally going live after spending a couple of months in the naughty corner while I figured out why it’s misbehaving! (Or to be more accurate, I get my head around it!). I’d love to hear from you/your thoughts on how it’s presenting to you on your screen or device. I am planning on adding video tutorials as additional support for my patterns and maybe a members section in the future - let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in or if you have any other ideas.

So also today the first issue of Homespun Knitting - Beginners and Beyond, has been released and I’m super excited that I have 2 patterns (Twinkle Mitts and Whimsy) in it and even more thrilled that one of them has made the front cover! Homespun magazine is a national magazine that has been around for a long time now and is readily available in newsagents, supermarkets and service stations.

On a side note, from 6:43am this morning, I had the electrician, plumber, builder, carpet layer arrive to begin the final parts of my renovation which has been going on for some time now. So seeing light at the end of the tunnel is exciting! The kids can move back into their rooms (and out of mine), the main bathroom will be operational and I’ll get my studio back and be able to setup a little office! I feel like things are moving into alignment.
