I have 2 new product ranges to introduce this week. The NORO Ohajiki and Ella Rae Color Magic. Firstly the Noro Ohajiki is a #3 light DK and comes in a 150g/420m ball. The colours are beautifully blended, its worth checking out the listing and viewing how they work up. The Ella Rae Color Magic is a #1 super fine and comes in a 100g/420m. 75% super wash Australian wool, 25% nylon - perfect for socks. Again, its worth checking the listing to see how lovely the colors work up. I can’t wait to sample it!

Just arrived, the Ella Rae Kid Sparkle. A mohair blend with a metallic sparkle. Would look great held double to add a bit extra oomph or on its own in a light, lacy shawl or top such as the Penny Crop Sweater (see below).
I’ll be sampling it this month, so stay tuned to my instagram feed to see what I come up with!

Introducing the Penny Crop Sweater pattern (knit)!
The pattern uses a chunky mohair which can also be substituted for an 8ply/DK held double with a lace weight mohair. Is a great introduction to lace knitting and suitable for the advanced beginner. Hope you enjoy it!

About Sharyn Brock
I learned at a young age to knit and crochet. Over the years I have evolved into a Maker, Creator, Designer and Teacher. I am inspired and passionate about the use of colour and texture in whatever I am making. I particularly love Freeform Crochet - you might describe it as abstract crochet, where there are no rules, patterns, restrictions - just a lot of fun. I am happiest when surrounded by lots of luscious yarn and those equally as passionate. Oh, and did I mention I just LOVE making lush things! Pity it doesn’t extend to cooking…
